My busband and I love this yogurt! I make sure I get lots of fiber by eating whole grains and I grind Fiber One cereal to use as a breading for oven fried chicken.

The way I stay healthy is to exercise every day as soon as I get home from work. Since I do it everyday, I only do about a 30 minute workout, which is doable. Then I have plain yogurt that I flavor with a spoon of jelly.
