Eating just a fried egg for some reason no longer is satisfying. <br /><br />Usually I love to have some oatmeal with about 5 pecan halves chopped in it, some artificial sweetener and sugar-free caramel. YUM! Then, later in the morning I'll have some type of meat, like an egg or something else. That keeps me full fairly well. Seriously break it in a mug and microwave for about a min (depending on your microwave) or until done. <br /><br />You can even add veggies or cheese to make a "mug omlette".
