Hi Jodi! I know what you mean for sure. These are really good too - I love them. You can uncover them to crisp the tops a bit if you want, but I like them soft like this. Personally it's gonna be rare to see some complicated & fancy gourmet dish here very often - mostly it's gonna be simple, easy, delicious and pretty southern in this household.
