I also found out that if you are working to lose weight that having a yogurt in the morning and another one in the afternoon you will start to see reslts in about two weeks..I have lost 25 pounds by exercising for an hour a day five days a week and having a yogurt in the morning and then in the afternoon. I found the best way to maintain healthy digestion (and weight) is to keep a varied and well-balanced diet - lots of vegetables and fruits, and buying in-season. Products like this definitely help!ReplyDelete

I try to use as many fresh veggies as possible and have cut out fried and fatty foods here at home. We try to keep healthy snacks for the kids and love it when they request more peaches and apples for snacking. My daughter and I love Yogurt! daljhardwick at juno dot comReplyDelete
